1. Digital service
Traffic Forge is a digital software workspace. There are no physical products to return. This policy explains how plan requests, activated capacity, and add-on testing sessions are handled.
2. Free trial
The free trial is offered so users can review the workspace before choosing a paid plan. Trial capacity has no payment requirement and does not create a refund obligation.
3. Paid plan requests
Plan upgrade requests are submitted through the account area. A plan is considered active only after payment or activation has been verified. If a request has not been activated, it can be cancelled before capacity is applied.
4. Add-on testing sessions
Add-on sessions are digital capacity credits. Once add-on capacity has been activated or used, refunds may be limited because the service has already been made available or consumed.
5. Refund review
Refund requests may be reviewed when there is duplicate payment, accidental activation, billing error, or a service issue that prevents reasonable access to purchased capacity. Approved refunds may be returned through the original payment method when available.
6. Non-refundable cases
Refunds may not be available for used testing sessions, completed campaign activity, expired promotional capacity, account misuse, unauthorized testing, policy violations, or requests made after substantial access to the service has been provided.
7. How to request help
To request refund review, provide the account email, plan or add-on involved, date of activation, reason for the request, and any supporting details. The project owner or administrator will review the request and respond with the next step.
